I mix my PhD diet whey with low fat yogurt and oats. The consistency is thicker than other brands, so occasionally add a splash of milk to help. I have this for breakfast in an effort to minimise my carb intake. The taste is ok, but not the best. I buy PhD for it's quality, not it's taste.
I am extremely unhappy with this purchase. I was browsing through onbuy.com and was interested in phd pharma ht+ 2.25 kg vanilla.
Then a day later I received an email that I have phd pharma diet whey in my basket. I was surprised because I didnt remember adding anything to my basket. Then I thought I must have added the product I was interested in. So I he’s back to onbuy.com and submitted my order and paid for it without realising that it was the diet version of what I actually wanted.
I am 100% sure that even if I had put something into my basket and forgot about it, it would never have been the diet whey.
Then I thought let me just try, what if it is good. I had just one scoop of the protein powder and hated it. Now it’s just kept in my house and going to be a waste of my money

Great tasting and easy to mix. Used it before but was unavailable at my usual supplier, a google search bringing up the image I am familiar with on OnBuy. Was disappointed however that the packaging (in a packet) is very different from the image displayed (container), and unable to confirm the exact same product I am used to, and displayed, thus the rating.
