Philips GC026/30 Fabric Shaver Bobble Remover Description

The Philips fabric fabric shaver allows you to easily and quickly remove fabric bobbles from all types of garments; sweaters, blankets, even fine jerseys will look like new again. The fabric shaver has a height adjustable cap, so you can change the setting to suit the fabric - ideal for delicates. There are 3 sizes of holes in the mesh, so that it can tackle different sizes of bobbles, even tiny ones. It has a large blade surface and rotates at 8800 p/m, for speedy effective bobble removal. It takes 2 AA batteries (included), so it's portable and easy to manoeuvre.
The bobble container is easy to remove and empty (you'll be surprised at how much it removes!) and a handy brush is provided for effective cleaning.

Bobble remover
I was dubious about ordering this as I'd had one years ago that didn't work well but this one is excellent.Brilliant little gadget!
Am so glad I bought this - I put a pair of fleece trousers in the wash without realising there was a tissue in a pocket so they came out covered in white bits which were really difficult to remove. Bobble remover to the rescue!... Not only did it remove the tissue but also the fabric bobbles as well, so the trousers looked like new. Then went through my wardrobe to see what else I could use it on... as other reviewers have commented, it becomes slightly addictive! This model seems sturdy and well made and is easy to empty. Brand new (expensive) jumper "pilled" where bag strap had rubbed. Thought it was ruined.This device has removed all the bobbles and it looks like new again.
