The Ecoline brush pens arrived promptly and were packed well. The pens are lovely, I’ve only had a short play with them but so far the colour is really rich and the brush nibs are like brushes. I’m very happy with this product and would buy it again.
The delivery of the parcel took unexpectedly long, and when I contacted the seller just to see whether they had the tracking information, they said immediately that they would sent me a replacement -- even when I said I had not problem waiting a bit longer as long as it was not lost. And because the set of 10 that I ordered was out of stock, they said they would sent a set of 15 instead, which arrived the next day! After a week or so the original pack of 10 also arrived (it was likely that there was something wrong with the Royal Mail delivery of the parcel). I am very impressed with the quality of the pens and the service of the seller. Would highly recommend.
