PayPal Seller Protection
As part of OnBuy's ongoing efforts to improve your experience selling with us, we have switched over to PayPal as our payment provider. Not only will using PayPal improve customer confidence through brand recognition, encouraging more sales, but every transaction made is encrypted and monitored to prevent fraud, email phishing and identity theft.
What's more, PayPal offer PayPal Seller Protection that'll cover you in the event a customer claims they have not received their item or did not authorise the payment. For a transaction to qualify for PayPal Seller Protection, it must be a tangible item and you must be able to provide digital or physical proof that you sent it along with proof that your chosen carrier has delivered it.
Please note: some items are not eligible for PayPal Seller Protection. This includes items that don't match your description, intangible items like digital goods or services, and items that violate PayPal's policies.
