Our Returns Policy is 30 days
We trust that you will love your purchase from B2 Shop however in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we offer a 30 day returns policy (detailed below). We are happy to issue either a full refund or send out a replacement item, whichever is more suitable for you – simply let us know which you would prefer.
If you have any issues or wish to return your item(s), please contact us through email@example.com messaging system before opening a case or leaving feedback and our friendly customer services team will make every effort to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
If you wish to return your goods, you must inform us in writing (email or letter) of your intention to do so as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund, the 30 day period commences on the day after you receive your goods. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return costs and we happy to replace such items. If you are returning the item for any other reason, unfortunately we will not be able to pay the return costs.
Reimbursement will take place after the item(s) have been received by our customer services. When returning your items, they must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packing. Failure to do so could delay the processing of your return.
The most economical way to return unwanted items is to use Royal Mail or My Hermes Courier Service. My Hermes offers a collection and return for from £2.90 dependent on size and weight of item. The on-line form is quick and easy and you can print off a label at home with convenient home collection offered.
If you use the My Hermes service you will be supplied with a 16 digit tracking number, please send us an email advising that the item has been returned, this will allow us to process your return more quickly and accurately. Once the 16 digit number is received and confirmed, we will process your refund or re-ship your replacement immediately.
