Returns And Terms

As an Internet Consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, thus giving you time to inspect and consider your purchase. Your cancellation notice must be received in writing via e-mail and your order number or the date of purchase must be quoted so that we can identify your order promptly. You must take reasonable care of the product and its packaging whilst it is in your possession. The product, in its original packaging where possible, must be returned at the expense of the consumer. Your original order payment will then be refunded as soon as possible (at the latest within 30 working days).

Please be aware that pushchairs should only be tried indoors to decide whether they are suitable. If used outdoors prior to notification of cancellation (within the 7 day period), the cost of new wheels will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty and Refund's
In the unlikely event you incur a problem with the product we have supplied, please contact Baby2k.com immediately by phone or e-mail. You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number which starts B2k or the date of purchase so that we can locate a copy of your order.

If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense. Normally, products are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense and any carriage costs incurred may be refunded. At all times, we consider our supplier's decision in relation to complaints as final, as they have more experience in these matters than ourselves. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send spares (free of charge) to purchasers if their purchase is more than 28 days old. Should we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 6 months or to send them back to us if requested.

Due to safety standards we are not able to exchange or refund car seats/bases, mattresses, clothing or reusable nappies unless faulty or damaged.

Discounts to individuals are at the discretion of the staff at Baby2k.com and any decision is final.

The courier lost the parcel, baby2k realised what had happened and sent out a replacement on next day delivery, meaning that the item was delivered by the original due date.
