Returns and Terms for BDL Solutions
We offer a 30 Days Returns Policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund. All items returned under this policy must be in perfect, resalable condition. We do not accept back unpacked hygiene products, used or opened consumable items, used clothing items or opened health supplements. We will credit the full amount to the original purchaser’s payment method. We do not pay the cost of returns, unless in the case of exceptional circumstances. When returning, we recommend using a tracked service/retaining your receipt as proof. In the case of faulty goods, we will return these free of charge. Please contact us for us to advise on this. Replacements or refunds cannot be processed until the original item/s have been received back to us. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed. We do not currently offer exchanges for any items purchased on any of our Marketplaces. For returns within 30 days (Unwanted Items), goods only will be refunded- you must pay the cost of returning any goods. For faulty/damaged Items, the item must be returned within 30 days for a refund to be issued. We offer free returns on these purchases, please contact us to organise this.
