Returns and Terms for BestShop
We're committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. If this is the case, we offer a free returns policy on faulty items. Please make sure that you check your items carefully on receipt and before installing as damages need to be reported within three working days. Electrical Emporium provides a standard one year warranty on all of our products. An extended warranty may be available with some of the items that we supply which would be covered by the manufacturer. This will need to be set up directly with the manufacturer. If you do not register the product with the manufacturer within the 28 day period, your product is guaranteed for 1 year only. Details of this will be enclosed with the item. We also offer a 30-day returns policy for change of mind returns, which is either as a return at your own cost or we can provide a return label for a £3.95 deduction from your refund. If you do wish to return your item, please get in touch with us first. Requesting to return your item for exchange or refund is simple; we just need the following information from you; Full name and post code Reason for return If you would like a refund or replacement Following receipt of this information, within 2 working days from contact a prepaid returns label is sent to your email address. You need to package the item up and attach the label. You will be given a receipt with a tracking reference for your item. Refunds and replacements are processed within 2-3 working days of the item being received at our warehouse. Please note: Any returned items due to reason of fault must be deemed faulty by Electrical Emporium for you to be eligible for our free returns policy. Any returned items deemed not faulty will be subject to a returns charge of £3.95.
