anyway over the next 3 weeks several e mails where sent and still no laptop started the paypal process, seller kept saying they would refund me (lol) and that laptop was in UK but detained by customs...!!!!!
The seller failed to respond to paypal or refund the monies spent, i received full refund via paypal
This seller should not be part of the onbuy network and i would say do not touch the company "BLACKDOG" with a single penny or cent...or the contents of my kittens tray. leave well alone better sellers out there.
The seller tried to get rid of the product by all means, by denying that the product is good with the mounting mountain of picture evidence of defects I sent to him.
He will not replace it or refund me by saying the product is good.
He used a an unreal whatsapp check to diagnose the product.
