Where should I start ? purchased 2 laptops, one arrived no sign of number 2....contacted seller who informed me they would send out the 2nd one within a few days once courier confirmed delivery !!! now that started to sound fishy.
anyway over the next 3 weeks several e mails where sent and still no laptop started the paypal process, seller kept saying they would refund me (lol) and that laptop was in UK but detained by customs...!!!!!
The seller failed to respond to paypal or refund the monies spent, i received full refund via paypal
This seller should not be part of the onbuy network and i would say do not touch the company "BLACKDOG" with a single penny or cent...or the contents of my kittens tray. leave well alone better sellers out there.

He will not replace it or refund me by saying the product is good.
