Returns:

If an item is faulty or not as described, you can return it to us and we'll pay for the return postage. We'll offer you a replacement if the item is in stock or a full refund if it isn't. Please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help you. If an item is not faulty, but you want to return it for another reason, you can send it back for a refund. You will have to pay for return postage in this case. Also we may charge a restocking fee of 10% of the item value. Please contact us for details of how you can send it back.
