All Returns should be sent as signed for and should have a tracking ID no matter what the value of the order. Please note that if we do not receive the returns, your refund will not be processed without proof of tracking ID and has been signed by one of our staff. All returns are signed by our staff so that we know who accepted the returns. All returns should be in their original packing, free from damage and should not have any parts missing for the full refund to be processed. Cost of return is to be met by the Buyer. Only in certain situation, shall we pay the cost of return once we have agreed by email to cover the cost of return. If an order is received with the wrong product, we shall reimburse the cost of the returns and dispatch the correct product as soon as we receive the returns from the buyer. Always provide a tracking ID when you return your order back to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to lease with their courier company if orders have not been received by us. Under no circumstances will a refund be processed if your order is not returned back to us. No attempt should be made to install or use the product if this is reported as damaged as such returns will not be accepted or authorised. For products that require a professional fitter, please make sure that these items are installed by a qualified fitter and no attempt is made to fit an items by an unqualified fitter as this can cause unnecessary damage to the product and risk of injury. We shall not be responsible for any damages or injuries caused as a result of not following instructions. Under no circumstances shall we be liable to cover the cost of third party installers/fitter. Please make sure that a fitter is only booked after you physically receive the goods. Any costs related to a third party fitter will not be compensated if the product is found to be faulty or needs to be returned for what ever reason.
