Returns and Terms for Connected Essentials
We can only accept new and unopened items, which must be returned in all original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Once we have received your item and it has been checked, and we are satisfied with its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that this can take up to 5 business days from receipt of your item to appear in your account. Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Furniture Items: We are unable to accept the return of any furniture products that have been partially or fully assembled nor any products that are not complete with all original packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the goods to us and any return shipping costs. Collection of returns by us: We can arrange collection of an item from you, for which you will cover the courier charge. For full transparency, details of any charges will be made apparent to you for you to consider prior to making your decision.
