You have the right to return your order within 28 days from the date of goods arriving, without giving any reason.
1) Just change mind
If product is not faulty but you just change your mind, we are happy to issue you a full refund for the goods, but NOT the delivery charge if an expedited delivery service was required by the customer. The unwanted item must be returned, at your own cost, in a re-saleable condition with the original package and relevant documentation.
2) Faulty item
In the very rare occasion that a faulty item is received, we are happy to either dispatch you a replacement or issue you a full refund including the delivery charge. To support your claim of faulty item being received, we might ask for the item to be returned so that a quality investigation could be carried out with our suppliers. We are happy to reimburse your return postage upon receiving the item that proves to be faulty.
