We aim to deliver the ordered products as quick as possible. We promise to deliver any item within 5 days of placing the order, but sometimes things go wrong, and get out of our hand, in this situation we will try our best to work with you and get your item to you as quick as possible.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item to email@example.com. If you do not email us the photo of a damaged or incorrect item we may refuse to refund any price for you. You must also email us within 14 days of receiving the item, if you email us 14 days after we may refuse to refund any price for you.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, your name and address, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product but not for the cost of delivery. You must inform us by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason of the return. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, your name and address, a brief description of the reason for the return.
To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box and send it to the following address along with the completed return form: 56 Caledonian, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B77 2EB.
Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly recommend you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.
