Returns and Terms for Happy Homewares
If your order is not as you thought it would be or you simply do not like it when it arrives, you have a returns period in which you are entitled to a refund (Timescale depends on the category of your product - See table below). When returning goods to us, all we ask is that you send them back in the original condition and in its original box. Damaged or used goods might not qualify for a full refund due to loss of value. Customers have a duty of care whilst the item(s) are in their possession. If you have severely damaged the goods, box, packaging or contents you may be charged up to the total value of the product price. Products must not have been installed or modified in any way and we have the right to refuse refunds if they do not meet the above criteria. Goods are refunded within 14 days of cancellation. The outward delivery charge will be refunded for unwanted goods in accordance with The Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We offer free My Hermes returns on all Haysoms orders. Before returning any goods to us please contact our customer care department by emailing email@example.com so we can issue you with a Returns Authorisation Form and generate your returns label. Place the Returns Authorisation Form issued into your parcel. Enclosing the Returns Authorisation Form is not obligatory within the framework of the statutory right to cancel however this will help us to process your return more quickly. You can use myHermes ParcelShops to return your order. A myHermes ParcelShop is an ideal way to drop-off your parcels if you can’t be at home or you don’t have a safe place to leave your parcel for a courier collection. You can drop-off your parcel on the school run, picking up the shopping or on your commute to work. With over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops, open from early until late, 7 days a week, it has never been easier to send a parcel. Once you have dropped-off your parcel at one of their 4,500 stores, you can track your parcel online to its destination.
