Return of unwanted items
Contact Health Pharm within 14 working days receipt of your goods to return or exchange any UNOPENED items. The packaging must be intact. You must not open the packet for hygiene reasons. You will be liable for any costs of returning unwanted items.
Any unwanted items after 14 working days it will be at the discretion of Health Pharm to accept a return.
Return of damaged goods
Contact Health Pharm within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. We will refund the cost of the goods upon receipt of the faulty goods and inspection. If you wish to exchange faulty items you will be required to pay for any re-delivery costs.

All returns must be received by Health Pharm within 30 working days. They must be sent by tracked delivery as Health Pharm will not be responsible for any parcels lost. You must also ensure that goods are adequately packed to avoid damage as Health Pharm will not be responsible for any damage caused in transit.
