We work very hard and make every effort to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase and that your order reaches you in a perfect condition. However not every delivery goes smooth and your order can arrive damage mainly due to courier handling. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied or happy with your item and wish to return your order please follow our return policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (except for damage items and missing parts when you must contact us within 2 Days/48 hours) for an RMA number, return address and instructions.
The returned item must be received by us before any exchange/refund can be processed
The items must be returned in its original condition with all tags and label attached and in the original packaging
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is damage or faulty or we sent you a wrong item or size. Photographic evidence is required to validate the damage, fault or wrong item.
Any item which in our opinion has been used or soiled or not in the original sale condition is exempt from our return policy
We are not responsible for any item that is lost while in return transit to us. We recommend that you use a form of return delivery where the item can be tracked
It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods returned to us are properly packaged so that they arrive safely and in good condition. Items damage in transit to us due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded
If your item arrives damage or the box appears to be damage do not refuse delivery, sign for it as damage. If the item is returned to us as undelivered we will not refund the postage cost.
If your item arrives damage please contact us with photographs of the damage and we will send you a replacement plus collect the damage item. There will be no extra charge for this providing the following conditions are met:
The damage item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please check for damages at the point of delivery, after you receive the item open the box and check the item for damages and missing parts even if it's a gift for someone.
When accepting delivery of the item, if the box appears to be damage and you do not have available time to fully examine the item please sign for it as damage. If you do not sign for it as damage the courier will log it as delivered in good condition, therefore any subsequent claims for damages will be invalid.
Photographic evidence clearly showing the damages must be provided to us before we can proceed with an exchange or refund
Items sent in error
In the unlikely event a different item is sent to you other than the item you ordered, then the correct item will be sent to you or a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the wrongly sent item.
