Returns and Terms for mirojake ltd
RETURN POLICY: 1. Any order may be cancelled at any time between the date the order was placed and 10 working days after delivery of the goods. If 2. All items must be thoroughly checked during delivery with the courier present. If the item is damaged or does not fit the description, it must be reported to the courier immediately. We do not accept complaints for the item's exterior damage, as we expect it to be inspected thoroughly during delivery. You will be required to sign a document agreeing to do the checks. 3. Please note that if there is any damage during delivery or manufacture fault report to the seller providing images also the faults that stated in a first place must be only faults of the item that is to be returned. 4. We do not accept return of the goods that have been left outdoor to collect. 5. If the buyer have changed mind with the purchase for any reason they may contact the etsy seller to notify them that he wishes to return some or all items of the original order. 6. In this case Buyer must arrange and pay for return of the goods and/ or will be refunded the full buying price less the cost of delivery ( where free delivery is offered the true cost of delivery will be deducted- receipt, invoice of delivery cost can be provided). 7. Goods must be returned to the seller in the same conditions as received and in their original packing. If original packing is not available, we will incur £20 charge for new packing service. We can advise you to keep original packing material for your own best interest. 8. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. 9. We reserve the right to refuse return, when items are damaged, already assembled or pre-assembled, not suitable for sale as a brand new one or properly packed at the moment of completing return.
