OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY? Items purchased online can be returned to our Returns Team, within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition. A refund will be issued once the goods have arrived and been checked. WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN LOGISTIC FEE? In the event of a Faulty item being received, we will replace or refund the Item free of charge. In all other circumstances the Buyer will be responsible for the returning postage fee. All returns MUST be fully trackable so you’ll be able to keep an eye on your return coming back to us and we can locate and process the return quickly. WHERE SHOULD I RETURN THE ITEMS? Please see the returns address on our listing. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? Wherever possible please use the original packaging your product came in and advise us the tracking number of your return once its posted REPLACEMENT/REFUND PROCESSING TIME Refunds for returned or damaged Items will be processed within 24 hours of the goods receipt at our warehouse. Replacement products will be posted within 1 working day (excluding weekends) of the claim being received and approved.
