Returns and Terms for My Parts Planet Ltd
1. All used parts carry a 30-day guarantee, only parts listed on our invoice are covered by the guarantee. (Example: Flywheel and clutch, Flywheel will be warranted whereas clutch wont) 2. All parts supplied are marked with our unique code; removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee. If there's an issue with your order we may ask to see photos of our part with these markings present. 3. No modification or dismantling of any parts are authorised, failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee. 4. If you have to make a return, and it arrives to us damaged due to insufficient packaging you may be charged up to 50% of the products value at the companies discretion. 5. If any advice/opinion is given, we would not be held responsible for the information given, please refer to your vehicle manufacturer or main dealer for the best advice. If you are still unsure please contact us with your part number so we can see if it matches our part. 6. All items are checked when the vehicle comes to our yard, upon dismantling and before dispatching, if they are not up to standard we may contact you, please keep an eye on your OnBuy messages or your email as we may require a response to get the item dispatched as quick as possible. If you receive an item which is not up to standards please contact us so we can resolve any issues. 7. Once an item is marked as dispatched you will be notified with a tracking number, if the item arrives and there is obvious damage to the packaging please refuse delivery for the reason Arrived damaged this allows us to speed up the process of sending out a replacement/refund. 8. Our couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times, you will be notified when we dispatch the item as to when they will attempt delivery. If nobody is home the part may be returned to us, in this case we would require the postage fee to be paid for us to resend the item. 9. All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing/cam-belt/chain; new filters and new oil to the correct level upon fitting. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the guarantee being void. 10. All gearboxes must be filled with new oil, to the correct level upon installation. Auto gearboxes must be fitted with the torque converter (which we dont supply unless stated in the title), failure to do so will invalidate your guarantee. 11. All parts supplied are based on a Parts Only, We would not accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in fitting or removal of parts purchased from ourselves. Nor do we accept any responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss. 12. All of our listing titles include the exact item which will be sent out, for example: If the listing is for a door bare shell, it wont include any internal parts (Eg. Regulator, glass, mirror, door card, handles, switches, lock, speaker, hinges or checkstrap) If the listing is for a door card, it wont include: Interior handle or any switches If the listing is for a bare engine, it wont include any auxiliaries, this means it wont come with the alternator, turbo, injectors / injector rail, starter motor etc. Occasionally engines will include extra parts which will be either visible in the photos or in the OnBuy title.
