Returns and Terms for Portugal Export Food
Customers will be able to return items with manufacturing defects, in which case we will reimbursee the total value. We will only accept items that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the customer wishes to return one or more items, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging, which may not be damaged, as amended or scratched. Return shipping costs in this case will be borne by the customer.
The return of damaged or broken products and products without the packaging and/or original label, or products with signs of having been used will not be accepted. If the reason for return is our fault, we will refund the respective shipping costs (eg defective products or different articles received than what was ordered). Customers will be reimbursed the full amount of the products. Customers will be refunded in full the amount of items that they cannot be sent due to unavailability.
