If an order arrives damaged or faulty we will require clear photographic evidence before issuing a partial refund / refund / replacement and reserve the right to refuse a partial refund / refund / replacement if photographic evidence cannot be provided. Any contact regarding faulty products needs to be made within 72 hours from receipt of item.

ALL of our items are FULLY tracked. If an item is not received we require contact within 30 days of the item being dispatched. After 30 days it is the buyers responsibility to make contact with the courier themselves to query any issues.
Please note - we will NOT ask the courier to leave your parcel anywhere on your property - any requests left on orders will not be actioned. Any requests our courier receives directly from the buyer to leave the parcel in a safe place are recorded by the courier. If the parcel is left at the buyers request to the courier then it is at the buyers OWN RISK and waives ours and the couriers liability for the parcel. We will NOT refund or replace any damaged or stolen items that have been left unattended at the buyers request.
Once an order has been dispatched from the premises it cannot be cancelled. To obtain a refund the buyer must follow the usual returns process and return the order to us at their own expense. Refunds are processed once the order is back in our possession.
Standard delivery orders received before 11am will be shipped the same working day, any orders received after 11am will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (in cases where the Monday is a bank holiday - the order will be dispatched on the Tuesday). The standard delivery option only includes working days and so delivery will not be made on weekends or bank holidays. Standard delivery usually takes on average 2-5 working days to arrive by courier.
Our express delivery service is required to be ordered before 11am to be dispatched same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the following working day. The express delivery option only includes working days and so delivery will not be made on weekends or bank holidays (eg. any express delivery orders placed after 11am on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday - in cases where the Monday is a bank holiday your order will be dispatched on the Tuesday). Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be delivered next working day and may occasionally take longer dependant on the speed of service received from the courier.
Please note due to courier delivery zone surcharges we cannot provide our free delivery & express delivery service to Some areas of North East Scotland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Northern Island.
