RiseofEngland offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in unopened / original factory sealed packing.

Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you.
Please note that RiseofEngland can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of an error on our behalf or the unit is faulty. We regret that RiseofEngland cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
RiseofEngland will replace any faulty discs with the same title, or if the title is no longer available, will make refund back to the original payment used in making the purchase. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 14 days from receipt of goods.
Please note that we are unable to provide technical support on any of the PC games, PC software, Mac Software we supply. Please make sure that the game/software will run on your machine before ordering as we cannot be responsible for incompatibilities with your system. If a game/software is returned and found not to be faulty it may be swapped for a game/software of equal value. It will not be refunded.
