Please Note: a &lsquo;working day&rsquo; means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.</p> <p>As all our items are made to order, especially for you, we cannot expedite the printing and despatch process any sooner than the timings provided.</p> <p>Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of despatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.</p> <p>Roz HQ Tees cannot be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control.</p>
