Returns And Terms

ShoppingSmart Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the item, it should then be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days.

We cannot guarantee accuracy of colour, tone or shade based on web images, as monitor settings may vary. Sizing charts and product information are included in the product detail pages where appropriate.

Returned items should be UNUSED and in a RE-SALEABLE condition; they must be in original product packaging with any enclosed documentation. We suggest that exterior shipment packaging e.g. plastic postal bags or postal boxes should be reused or replaced. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Once we receive the item back from the buyer we will inspect it and check its condition. If the item is in its NEW condition (as we sent it) and it is returned within the statutory period we will provide a full refund. Additional delivery charges above the standard delivery charge WILL NOT be refunded. If upon our inspection the item is deemed to be damaged, used or its value is otherwise reduced your refund may be reduced at our discretion.

If you do not accept delivery of your order, return and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an incorrect item by our error, we will arrange return shipment at our expense. If you receive a damaged item, replacement parts will be shipped at no cost to you.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned within 14 days following cancellation unless we have notified you otherwise; to avoid dispute we suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the courier.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods.

The COST of returning the item to us is YOUR responsibility.

Please send us an email with ‘RETURNS’ in the email title stating the order number, item description and the reason for return to; Customerservice- shoppingsmart@outlook.com. Please state also your preferred action (refund or replacement e.g. a different size).

Returning a Faulty Item:

Faulty items should be reported to us and authorisation obtained for its return. When authorised we will then advise you of the return address. Please send an email with ‘RETURNS’ in the email title. Email: Customerservice-shoppingsmart@outlook.com stating the order number, item description and the reason for return.

If an item claimed to be faulty and found (in testing) not to be faulty we will charge postage and return the item back to the buyer. For this reason, we advise you to be sure when you make such claim.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.

Orders to international destinations will be subject to a shipping charge. For some countries, local import duties may be charged at port of entry and local import taxes may be payable on receipt, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
