Returns and Terms for Techniblock Suncare
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However if, for any reason, you are not and wish to return all or part of your order, please notify us by telephone (call 07769 943200) or email ([email protected]) within 30 days of the date of delivery that you wish to return all or part of your order. You will then be issued with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and advised on how to return your products. Upon safe receipt, and provided that the products are returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, you will be entitled to a full refund, which will be paid as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days. We will always replace items that have arrived in a damaged condition, or if we have delivered the wrong item. However, the customer is responsible for the return postage on undamaged or unwanted items. We cannot refund damaged product returns or any items that have been used. You must arrange for and pay for the cost of returning the products to us. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return in good condition. Even if you are returning all or part of your order, it remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We recommend that you use a secure method of postage for returning products to us, and protect the products from damage. If the product returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
