Returns and Terms for The NoseBag Tack Shop
We try and make all returns simple to follow and fair. We know when shopping online, you want the reassurance that if the items not quite what you want, you can return it. You can cancel your order at any time before your order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to stop the order – and you will have to return the item. If you need to return an order – please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your item/s wherever possible. Item/s need to be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that you are responsible for the safe return of the item, so please consider the postage option chosen for returns - tracking, proof of postage and insurance need to be used with higher value items. If the item is lost during its return to us, you [the customer] will need to make the claim for compensation. To receive a refund – items must be returned in an unaltered and fully re-sellable condition. Altered, excessively tried on, or examined will receive will be subject to a handling fee. We do not reimburse return postage costs, and we will only refund economy/standard postage costs when a full order is being returned. We do not reimburse express postage costs, or any postage upgrade costs Faulty Items If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us immediately, and stop using the item– stating why you believe your item is faulty. Continuing to use the item, means that you have accepted the item despite the perceived 'fault'. We use a slightly different returns process for these items, as they often need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. We only refund return postage once the item is found to be faulty by the manufactorerer and is capped at £5.00 per 5kg.
