We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with your item, please notify our Customer Services team by sending an email for Returns Authorisation.
Please provide your order number/our invoice number, and a brief explanation of the problem.
Some products do have a variation in colour and design and are sent out as a random selection.
If in doubt please contact us before placing an order.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as withing 2 days. We will endeavour to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 14 days.
Delivery to the following post codes: AB30-38, AB41-56, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH15-48, PH49-99, BT, ZE, IM, HS, JE, GY, Scottish Highlands, JE, TR21-25, G, FK17-21, EI(ZZ75), will incur extra charge for order over 2kg. Please contact us before you place an order. This is for item sent via courier that are big boxes.
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
If must have to contact us withing 14 days if you do not receive your order. Unfortunately you will not get refund or replacement item if you do not inform us withing 14 days
All products must be returned in their original packaging and it must be undamaged. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We will just deduct of delivery charges which we have paid initially, £1.99 for large letter and £2.99 for parcels. If we have sent your order via courier, we will then deduct 20% of restocking fee.
The return cost of the product is paid by the buyer if they decide to send back for replacement or refund.
Any accidental orders or no longer required orders or changed mind, will incur at least 20% restocking fee, if we accept and condition of returned item is resalable by us.
If any item is being used and then damaged then no refund will be provided only replacement if agreed by us.
If the product is opened with the original seal no refund will be provided as its unsaleable after that. we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
If we received your order back from courier company due to undelivered for any reason, we will deduct 20% for the postage, packaging and restocking charge. If you still need the item, you have to pay for the postage again by contacting us.
If you have provided wrong shipping information, we will not be responsible if your order get lost and no refund or replacement will be available any more.
Please think before returning as sometimes some of the items can be used somewhere as gifting or future gift, thus saving you initial cost of postage and return cost of postage.
For all authorised returns, buyer will have 14 days to return the product or it will not be valid after that.
How to Return a Product
Please notify our Customer Services team by sending an email for Returns Authorisation. Please provide your order number/our invoice number, and a brief explanation of the problem.
Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your receipt/delivery note and a brief note of the reason for return.
