The product is great, didn't take too long to put together and unlike some others for sale, came with the gas fitments. The site actually showed the product 'in stock' when I ordered and paid for it, but was informed after a week that there would be a delay as it had not yet arrived in the UK due to delays in the ports in December. Looking on the website at this point, the product was showing as being in stock. Clearly it wasn't. Communication and updates were ok, however, the delay meant it couldn't be used for the intended purpose not arriving in time and by showing it was in stock (misleading) prevented me looking at an alternative supplier if they had actually showed as others sites do, due in or awaiting shipment.Heater

We assembled it quite easily in just over an hour, the protective cover that is included in the price is really good and easy to fit, sat out last night under the stars with the patio heater on and it worked a treat.Over the moon
After a rather rocky start, due to the ports diverting the my order to Belgium it arrived! A Christmas present for my daughter, she has managed to put it together all by herself and she is over the moon with it, I'm also pleased as the price was amazing in comparison to anywhere else.
