Q: What is Polycotton?
A: Polycotton is a fabric made from a blend of polyester and cotton. It is a very thin and lightweight fabric, which combines the softness and moisture absorbency of cotton with the durable and non iron properties of the polyester. This blend is more breathable than other fully synthetic types of fabric and are softer to touch. Polycotton tends to get softer with each use.

Q: What Is Tog Rating? Which Tog Should I Choose?

A: Duvets work by trapping warm air, and the higher the tog rating, the more warmth the duvet will provide. Our duvets are filled with layers of processed hollowfibre, which means they provide warmth without weight. The higher the tog, the warmer the duvet. Lower togs, such as 4.5 tog and 7.5 tog are ideal for warmer summer months, while higher togs, such as 13.5 tog, 15.0 and 18.0 tog are ideal for colder winter months.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Q: What if I do not like the duvet after receiving it?

A: That is perfectly okay, we understand not one product may be suitable for everyone. If you change your mind about your purchase you can send the item back within 60 days of receiving the order.
