Moist or dry heat therapy
Spray a layer of water mist on the surface of the product to penetrate deeper and relax the muscles better. (Note: Do not spray or wet the connector)
Make sure the heating pad is absolutely dry
After cleaning, please let the controller interface face down and let it dry vertically and make sure that the product is absolutely dry before use.
Do not use heating pad as a seat cushion
Do not push the heating pads together or fold them for use. Sleeping or sitting on the heating pad can inadvertently deform the heating pad. Incorrect operation may put the heating wire in the heating pad.
Avoid overwriting the controller
The controller must not be covered during operation. For your safety, we recommend that you place the controller in a ventilated place during use.
Do not use heating pads for baby and pets
For baby's and pet's safety, we do not recommend that them use a heating pad
Make sure the connector is fully inserted
When using a heating pad, you need to make sure that the plug is fully inserted. This will ensure that you will not encounter any problems when using the product.
