Cold smoker smoke maze
Works well for me, costs approx 1/3 the price of other smoke mazes. At the mo it's working away in my filing cabinet smoker (yes it's a thing look it up) cold oak smoking 6kg of bacon, a side of salmon, several bulbs of garlic, a handful of red chillis and some sea salt. Filter Reviews

Do not use without a watching brief!
Having selected this over the ProQ smoker it replaced die to old age, I wouldn't buy this again. On first use, the entire charge of smoking dust burned completely as the mesh is much larger than the ProQ version, and it allowed the smouldering dust to penetrate immediately, sending the whole thing up in smoke.Posted 20/02/2022
