Unfortunately the controller came with a loose piece insane and it rattled. Contacted costumer survive and they were super friendly and offered me a refund straight away.
I received the controller and there was a problem with the sound when the mic was plugged in a few emails later and even though I was out of the 30 days I was very kindly sent a replacement. Very happy and grateful will definitely buy again

best ps4 controller there is
the dualshock 4 does all it says on the box and then some! it fits comfortably in my hand, and feels sturdy. if my K/D ratio is anything to go by, it definitely plays a lot better than my old controller, too.
