Other similar products have a small 'entry hole' that fits over a capless perfume bottle to pump liquid in, this one doesn't seem to so have to spray the perfume in which isn't ideal.
I bought this to mist my plants and it works great. Easy to refill and easy to spray. A few weeks in and it's still going strong. A little powerful for my little plants, but it does the job and I imagine it would work well as a travel-size perfume spray.
