When set, these metal clamps tightly grip onto either end of your dumbbell, holding their weights securely in place. Not only will they prevent your weights from falling off, they will also ensure they stay evenly spread for a balanced, more effective, safer workout.

Operating these dumbbell spring clips is dead(lift) easy! Squeezing their handles hand loosens the dual 30 millimetre steel coils at their centre, allowing you to slip them onto your weights. Releasing your grip tightens them back up again and your dumbbells are ready to lift!
