Our delivery service is door to door Ground Floor only
Goods are delivered 7 days per week between 7.00am and 11.00pm.
Flats with a lift available we don't charge extra but help must be provided to bring the boxes up.
House delivery we only deliver to the ground floor.
The customer will be ALWAYS notified minimum 2 days prior to the delivery.
Customer must be present on the delivery day. (we can not leave goods in the garden or safe place etc.)

RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS:

We provide a 14 days return period but buyer must pay the return postage.

Any order may be cancelled BUT has to be before the item is dispatched as we are not refunded for the delivery fees from our carriers.

All items must be checked within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage must be reported to us straight away.

All returned items should be in the original packaging. We do not accept any return if the item fully assembled or partially installed.
