These ear buds look ok and the intended method of use is fine, I guess, giving you all sorts of control by tapping the ringhthand bud. But touching the righthand earbud (which of course you have to do to put it in your ear) always sets my phone into Google Assistant 'how can I help you?' mode and cuts off the sound of what I'm trying to listen to! I wrote to the supplier about this but have had no reply.The instructions are set in such miniscule point size that even my powerful magnifier does little to help. When you can just see them they're still incomprehensible - at least to me. eg: "The left ear the right ear touch the position.touch 1 to answer the call.the left earphone touches 2 times and the volume decreases.the right earphone touches two times.the left ear presses 3 next.and the right clicks 3 times." That is verbatim, including the punctuation and spacing, and the rest of this first paragraph continues in the same fashion - followed by eleven more paragraphs!!
In fact the righthand bud now doesn't work at all.
So, unless you want to use the lefthand earbud alone they're not much use.
They'd be really good value for money if they worked. Pity.

Fantastic for price
I have tried 2 sets of the TWSi11 from another supplier neither worked properly!These i12's worked straight out of the box registered with my iphone instantly.
Battery seem to last a reasonable time, touch controls work and language is in English.
