SHIPPING:

1. Our service is free in most parts of England ( exclude Cornwall, Wales and Scotland ). Please contact us to check Your potential delivery charges.

2. Our couriers are not obliged to carry goods into the lift or upstairs. The courier will provide ground floor door delivery to the main door of the building free of charge. We offer carry in services for additional charge of 30£.

3. Please provide contact number and colour of Your sofa after or during checkout, leaving message or note to the seller.

4. Most of our products are flat packed for self-assembly. the assembly service is at an extra charge of £30.00 cash on delivery.

5. The delivery service will contact you couple of days prior to delivery. Most of our items are made to order- it takes usually 2 weeks for us to obtain the item from our suppliers., once the item is received within our warehouse we are able to dispatch the goods within 3 working days., We reserve up to 4 weeks to proceed with the order however it is likely to arrive earlier than that, the delivery date and time is depending on your location and other orders... The estimated delivery time according to the order details is not always accurate,( for example it may be couple of days before the estimated.) we will contact you in advance of delivery either over the phone( call, text message), until then we advice to not make any arrangements , like taking day off of work, etc., if the estimated delivery time is for example: 17th of Jan we will contact you near the time with the update, Please let us know if the contact number provided on PayPal is not updated. Without the confirmation from you that someone will be present to receive the goods., the courier will not attempt.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Any order may be cancelled at any time between the date the order was delivered and 10 working days after delivery of the goods. Collection charge is 60£

2. All items must be thoroughly checked during delivery with the courier present. If the item is damaged or does not fit the description, it must be reported to the courier immediately. We do not accept complaints for the item's exterior damage, as we expect it to be inspected thoroughly during delivery.

3. Please note that if there is any damage during delivery or manufacture  fault report to the seller providing images also the faults that stated in a first place must be only faults of the item that is to be returned.

4. We do not accept return of the goods that have been left outdoor to collect.

5. If the buyer have changed mind with the purchase for any reason they may contact the etsy seller to notify them that he wishes to return some or all items of the original  order.

6. In this case Buyer must arrange and pay for return of the goods and/ or will be refunded the full buying price less the cost of delivery ( where free delivery is offered the true cost of delivery will be deducted- receipt, invoice of delivery cost can be provided).

7. Goods must be returned to the seller in the same conditions as received and in their original packing. If original packing is not available, we will incur £20 charge for new packing service. We can advise you to keep original packing material for your own best interest.

8. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

9. We reserve the right to refuse return, when items are damaged, already assembled or pre-assembled, not suitable for sale as a brand new one or properly packed at the moment of completing return.
