I upgraded from a Redmi Note 4 which I had since 2017 and served me very well, so I was confident in the build quality and reliability of Xiaomi phones. This new Note 9 Pro hasn't disappointed and I am very happy that I stayed with a Redmi Note. A little heavy I suppose but that's to be expected to get such a whopper of a 5020mAh battery with a long life between charges. Also good that it comes with a 30W fast charger. Would recommend this phone to anyone thinking of paying 2 or 3 times the price for a samsung or similar - It's a no-brainer!Excellent purchase and cheaper than Amazon. Two thumbs up!
I came to On Buy after having TWO Amazon orders for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro cancel on me after purchase was confirmed. Obviously frustrated, I was really happy to find the phone on On Buy at £30 CHEAPER than the Amazon sellers who cancelled my orders! Ordering was fast and easy, and the phone arrived on time with no problems. I am SO happy to find a reliable, trustworthy UK alternative to Amazon.The phone itself is great so far.
