Elliptical Cross Trainers offer an excellent way to get an all over body workout. This well established model is lightweight and compact with the resistance provided from the Air-Fan Wheel and additional Belt Resistance system which is adjustable at the turn of a dial if extra effort is required. The moving Handlebars are used in conjunction with the Foot Pedals for an all-over body workout. Includes the usual LCD display unit to show users Speed, Distance, Calorie burn.
