Perform bench presses, leg extensions, leg bicep curls, butterfly presses and other exercises with either a flat or inclined backrest, and loading up to 200 kilograms of combined user and weights at the upper limit. This compact bench is of strong sturdy construction with a tough paint finish in our new colour scheme that is ideal for the home body builder.
Great product but slightly difficult to put together as instructions are not the easiest to follow. Apart from that, happy with the product, works well and hold me and the weights comfortably.
The product was very easy to set up and fits very comfortably into the small space I had in my room. I'm able to do a range of workouts for chest and legs so overall I'm very happy with the purchase and I would recommend.
Great sturdy product. Good be value for money, perfect in this current lockdown. Fantastic as it can fold away for storage,meaning Less space taken up.
Bench is really good, good quality, however the instructions are absolutely appalling. Worst instructions that have ever been written - takes twice as long to make the bench.
