So far very happy with this. Easy to set up and mum is already more at easy as she was struggling to remember which day it was. She is forgetful but does not have a dementia diagnosis, but the additional reminder features may well become useful in time. Perhaps more reminder features could be added for further flexibility eg ordering meds?Massive help

The clock is not particularly easy for old fingers to programme and ours has suddenly displayed a red, white and blue background which my husband (who has dementia) finds disturbing. There is no obvious way to rectify it.The controls are not constant in operation. It is too bright for night time use, even on the lowest setting so we have to turn it off each night. This defeats the object of a re-assuring reminder for someone with Alzheimer's disease!Poor quality and I have contacted the seller for a refund.
