Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, or AKG, is used to support nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide promotes vasodilation to increase blood and oxygen circulation throughout the body, allowing you to work out harder for longer periods of time.
Suggested Use
Take three (3) tablets twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Ideal times include once in the morning and once 30 minutes prior to lunch. Drink at least 64 oz, of water daily.
