Paket wurde an Abholstation zugestellt, und ich habe keinen Abholcode erhalten. Versand Unternehmen hat auf meine Nachfrage nicht geantwortet, konnte das Paket also ohne Pin nicht abholen, und habe es also nicht erhalten.

Hello,

I am extremely disappointed with your service and I demand an immediate resolution to this situation.

I ordered a lightstick for a concert, and when I placed the order, the estimated delivery date was stated to be before June 16. Later, I received a message from your company saying there was a delivery issue and that the package would arrive later.

On June 25, I was at home and received a notification claiming that my package had been delivered. This is completely false. Neither I nor the staff at my dormitory received any package at all. On top of that, the shipment status now says that the package is being returned back to the sender.

How is it possible for the package to be “returned” if it never even reached me in the first place?

The concert is in two days, and because of your negligence, you completely let me down. I ordered this item in advance specifically for this event, and due to your poor service and mishandling of the delivery, I am left without my order and without enough time to fix the situation.

I demand:

1. An immediate full refund.
2. Additional compensation for the delayed delivery and the inconvenience caused.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will leave complaints and negative reviews on every possible platform and will contact consumer protection services.

I expect an urgent response.
