Very friendly and helpful

Nothing was delivered. The seller now says that i need to contact the delivery company, which has a status of the parcel “delivered” despite the fact that it was not delivered and i was at home on that date.
No pickup information was provided either, no phone call given, no note in the postbox left.

No help from the seller apart from pointless screenshots from the delivery company which apparently is a scam.

No possibility to get a refund either!!!!

The seller is absolutely of no help. Scam.

Item didnt fit in a Q7 as described and Seller didn't respond.

Oszustwo!!
