Plattenheber Paneelheber 5m

Absolutely brilliant product, lifting insulated plasterboard on full lift to a pitched ceiling, made the job so easy I managed on my own.

Needed to lift 42kg SoundBoard sheets to high Victorian ceiling and concerned by reports of only 9' lift by 11' model, bought this. Assembled easily without needing instructions, and although the lift is high when lowered I can clamp lift its legs to the floor then slide a full 42kg sheet end-on onto the top then swing it around into the correct position before rolling the lift to the required area. So much easier to work with than even having several people to lift sheets, as boards can be offered up to the correct position, adjusted from a stepladder, then further clamped up against the ceiling before being screwed. Oversized sheets can be offered up, marked exactly, lowered and cut then re-lifted and fixed. I tie a wood stud to the main shaft to protect against catastrophic main cable breakage and which would cause the lift to drop, and to my mind the reliance on a single (and not very thick) cable is the weak point and potentially very dangerous. That said (and catered for) the lift is sturdily built and well finished, and so much more useful than extra hands. Hard to know whether other models by other sellers on other platforms are the same as this as comments suggest otherwise, but this one is good.

This is a great product. It was delivered on time and easy to assemble. It packs away simply and handy to move from room to room. Great price

Very pleased with this makes plaster boarding ceilings a thing of the past would recommend well worth the money.

Easy to use makes life so much easier

I am extremely happy with the plasterboard left. Saved a lot of time and hardship with the job I have been doing.
