Ordered 2 sets of the monster high twin packs . Received dispach email but no tracking number. Contacted seller to ask if he had any tracking for my order - No reply. Seller cancelled and refunded my order following day. Absolute waste of time

I ordered this ornament in plenty of time to arrive for a very special 25th wedding anniversary party. When it did not arrive as expected I sent a polite message asking if they knew when I should expect the parcel and explained I needed this for a party. No response at all so I had to get customer service from onbuy involved. They sent a refund but were unable to receive any communication from the seller. The item was £30 plus £10 delivery and I now see the price is over £60 for the same item!! Cheaper on ebay and sure a better experience all around however I will absolutely not be able to receive this in time for the party and meant so much to the couple. Absolutely awful! I'd give 0 stars if I could! Put me off using onbuy. The customer service was good but why has the seller been permitted to sell the same item at double the price and ignore customers?! I now need to frantically look for some sort of cake topper that won't be as good as this ornament.
