TC100 Coating Thickness Gauge 0.1um/0-1300 Car Paint Edition 0617

Description de TC100 Coating Thickness Gauge 0.1um/0-1300 Car Paint Edition 0617

Usage Tips:This thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of electroplating or coating on metal surfaces. Specifically, it can measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings (such as chrome/paint/ceramics, etc.) on the of magnetic materials such as steel/iron, and can also measure the thickness of coatings (such as paint, etc.) on the of non-magnetic materials such as copper/aluminum. The instrument has a built-in precision probe that automatically detects the properties of the substrate and the thickness of the coating through electromagnetic induction and eddy current effect. Application: This instrument can measure the thickness of coatings and plating layers without damage, quickly and accurately. It is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields. It is an essential instrument for material treatment projects. It can work stably in laboratories, workshops and outdoors. Full-view large screen LCD display F& integrated probe, can automatically measure iron-based coatings and non-magnetic coatings such as aluminum. Both sides of the body are designed to Measuring range: 0-1300um Measurement accuracy: (3%+2um) Minimum resolution: 0.1um Equipped with 6 reference points, 0/50/100/250/500/1000um, very convenient to adjust, with automatic shutdown function, 15 minutes of no operation to automatically shut down to save power Power supply: 1x9V battery(without) Working environment temperature: 0 to 40 (32 to 104) Colour:As Shown Material:ABS Package Contents: 1set x TC-100 coating thickness gauge Only the above package content, other products are not included.
