The item was a little late being delievered a it was coming from Europe. Once parcel force took over delievery I recieve an a delivery slot for that day with options to change if not convient. When I spoke to seller direct they were very helpful and polite.

I never attempted to make a return to this seller but I had expected the product to arrive with a UK plug on it - it arrived with a 2 pin round plug and a UK adaptor that did not work.

I've bought this item from the UK and had to pay extra £17 for the custom charges which were not mentioned before. Made the experience disappointing.

Placing order on 08.02 I'm still waiting for the item to arrive and today is 25.02.By placing the order I have been told item supposed to be with me between 13th and 17th of February.
Also if you are ordering from UK be prepared to pay additional £20+ for the item to go past customs, as the seller refuses to pay the fee,stating that delivery is free. Very disappointed with the sellers attitude. I think at least the customer should be warned about additional fee at the customs before the order is placed. I did not know about customs fee ,as I was buying item from UK website and it stated "free delivery " and how should i know that the actual seller is outside UK?
