The seller had put the price up by £10 and the delivery charge a huge £100 - who on earth does that? What a shame pricenet - I would have bought another!

Notified item was dispatched, waited a few days and then asked for a tracking number. Next thing I get a refund as they had made a mistake on stock levels.
So 1. Why say its dispatched. At what point over the last 21 days since i ordered did you realise you did not have the product? I have now got other items relating to this that have been purchased and spent a lot of money preparing the garden for installation. I understand things happen but communication was very poor and the whole experience disappointing. No doubt I will get the standard response from you but will be wary of ever ordering from you again. 100% DO NOT RECOMEND.

Kept my money for a month then I got a message saying order was being refunded. This was after I’d been told it was shipped. No comms or explanation and not yet had the money back
